"My husband and I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size, with plenty of amenities, and everything was of excellent quality. What made it even better was the staff, who were outstanding — always willing to go the extra mile to help in the best way possible"

"I LOVE this hotel and feel like at home. The location is very near with dontonburi, free drink all the time, free massage chair especially after you are going out all day it is very comfortable, having coin washing machines and when i want to go to rapi’t station to go air port, the officer drop us to the station and it is free 😀 … the best thing they are really care about customers and i got free upgrade room too … we will come back here again !!! "This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small no place to store your luggage and they had a table with 2 small chairs that wasn’t needed in the room all it did was make the space more crowded. The air conditioner was older and it wasn’t efficient the room didn’t really get cool at all only at night. "The location is very nice. It close to the market and shopping area. Everything is walkable. Hotel room doesn’t provide full set amenities. The staff checked us in didn’t tell us we can get the amenities at the counter but we overheard another staff Mr. Wu talked to other customers so we asked him to get what we need."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. The free drinks and popcorn were a great benefit. The breakfast consisted of more of a continental flare with rice and curry also available. The only reason for not 5 stars was there wasn’t much space in the room with two large beds in it. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would stay again though"

"Google maps sent us to the other Henna hotel. Not a big issue but if you had lots of luggage it might become a problem. Just be aware that there is no one at the front desk and everything is self service. There is no laundry room there but you can find one within 10 minute walk."

"Spacious room with three bunk beds and a living room, but small bathroom with weird sink controls. Room is worn down with some stains and scuffs. Windows are frosted and dirty so best to leave the blinds down which makes the room darker. But location is great next to Namba and Kuromon Market. Breakfast is good but doesn’t change daily and you have to commit to the style of food and time slot in advance. "
