"Fabulous stay! The resort is stunning, both the indoor and outdoor areas are very impressive. The sabana bar area was perfect as the start of the trip was hampered with poor weather. The food choices were really varied and there were plenty of choices. Our room was large and very clean, the staff at the resort were fabulous, and very friendly. I cant recommend enough!"

"Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, comfy beds and bedding, decent food, very good animation team, nice pools. You'll need a car though to get to the beach and shops or be prepared to get taxis although I think there is a shuttle bus but not sure how often in runs."

"The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was expected. Didn’t see much comment about the food. It’s all inclusive hotel, so you can enjoy the drink and food nearly 24 hours 😆. You will find different types of food every day. They also arranged a Xmas buffet on the Xmas day, which was out of my expectations and the kids enjoyed a lot and wanted to start there forever. the hotel have two more restaurants other than the main one, which required to book in advance. As I noticed too late and can’t try all of them. I would recommend the mandarin cursine as the Spanish cruisne is same as the main one basically… We would definitely recommend and come again for next trip. "

"Apartment complex was lovely, basic, needs a little TLC in some areas but this did not ruin our stay. Cleaners and workers always on the go, busy and very polite. Cafe/Bar next to the pool was ideal and good value for money."

"Apart from the weather I had a great time staying here and would definitely be back or even recommend to others. The best part of this stay was the Spa for me. The room clean and spacious. Love the few days I stayed there. Nice , big and beautiful hotel. The selection of food was great and I must say the beef I had for dinner was so good. "
