"This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. "Not our best holiday by far, can’t put my finger on it But everyone & everything was hard work, felt constantly you were doing something wrong.. The bookings all had to be done on app, for breakfast / lunch / dinner had to be placed night before & if you want to change it omg, it was like I asked them to redecorate!!! "Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "
