"Rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast is adequate. Huge buffet but was assuming that they would be offering Japanese curry sauce like I have found in other hotels that I have stayed at in the Tokyo area. Coffee was there but you have to be quick because it disappears fast. They start to close the buffet about 20 minutes before they close. The best part is the mall in the hotel building. It has great stores and restaurants."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I accidentally dropped something behind the toilet and when I went to retrieve it, it was evident that area had not been cleaned recently. Otherwise, comfortable stay. I did get in late and they were very few food options – the 7-11 in the airport had limited choices. This is my only complaint. Otherwise, amenities were great and location cannot be beat for convenience to the airport."

"What I like about the hotel is the location, clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. What I dislike is that the restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch. Also in the lobby there’s not many seats available to wait for the room or the bus."
