Our 2nd time staying here and we love the onsens here! The dinner buffet was delicious and so many food choices! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Perfect place to stay. Its so clean, the staff is friendly, there is free shuttle by the hotel to/from Kawaguchiko station every 10 mins which takes literally 2 mins. Breakfast is included, very close to the kawaguchi lake. Highly recommended.
