"The property is really beautiful; gorgeous views, stunning room, and the private onsen is incredible. Absolutely no feedback on the room, grounds, staff, property, etc all amazing! It’s nice that dinner and breakfast are included given that you are quite a walk uphill from Gora and other restaurants. The food is presented in a beautiful setting and the service was wonderful. That being said, the food itself left much to be desired and given the price, we expected it to taste better. "

"My daughter and I stayed here for a night. Ted, who greeted us, was so welcoming and cheerful. He explained the house to us, gave us recomendations for dinner and for sight seeing. The outdoor onsen was amazing!! And private! They also offered complimentary coffee and tea in the common area. I will definetly come back if we are in the area again! "

I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. Very friendly guy with good sense of humour. Comfortable, clean, and warm abode. We plan on staying here next time we come, god willing."
