I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "Size of the room was spacious, high ceilings, comfort bed. Shower was powerful and anything else in the room just met our needs for 3 nights stay. Used laundry room-excellent fast washing. My husband tried Onsen Sadi was really nice experience. Hotel close to Hakata station which was very convenient. Gion old town is walking distance to explore temples. There is 24hr supermarket nearby good for Jetleg morning breakfasts. All very good, friendly staff if we come to Fukuoka again will definitely stay here. "
