We had a great stay at Oriental. The hotel was well situated by Hakata station, close to transportation, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast especially their burger. Although we found their rooms quite small, it was still ok compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Arigato, Oriental.

Great pr operty in an excellent location-amenities, staff and rooms all fabulous-my only bugbear to s the parking-T is a with a 3rd party operator and is supposed to be 200yen is using a ticket from the hotel-we parked at 1,35 and I specifically asked whether that was going to be ok and r whether we were going to get charged for 2 days and was told that was ok it would count as 1 day-I queried this a number for f times-sure enough we were charged for 2 days….

The hotel location was ideal and at the train/subway station, including a direct access to the station. The room had 3 beds and was also ideal for our family. The room cleanliness was fine but lacking in common areas such as hallways and elevators. We stayed for 3 nights and saw the same common areas had not been vacuumed or trash picked up.

We had a great stay. It’s right at the station for the airport subway, JR line and Shinkansen making it easy to get around by train. There are a variety of convenience stores, shopping malls and restaurants close by as well. Tours also meet up at the front of the building which is also very convenient. Would recommend staying here

Overall, the hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the train station and only two stops away from Fukuoka Airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The room is on the smaller side, but it is clean, comfortable, and still provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was really nice.
