"This is the most beautiful ryokan we have ever stayed at. The food was delicious with a great variety and the staff explained the menu. The owner came to greet us at dinner and as we were leaving, it was great to meet her. The rooms were amazing and well put together with so many thoughtful touches. ..."

Nice hot spring hotel overall
"Language barrier (maybe). Would be better if you can speak Japanese. When we asked for a taxi, they just point it out. But they called a taxi for another Japanese customer."
