"We had a nice stay at Hotel Lulu! The staff was very welcoming, and the location was amazing, just a 15-minute walk from the Disney parks. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air conditioning was very loud, which was a bit of a downside. I was also disappointed with the pool amenities. The water was very cold, and there was no direct sunlight in the afternoon. We went swimming around 2 PM, and although my little one was brave enough to jump in, the rest of the family decided to skip it! Other than these few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly service and convenient location."

"We have stayed at the Desert Palms twice now to visit Disneyland. What a great location, 15 min walk to the park and no crossing the street with littles! It's as a close as you can get to staying on Disney property without the $$$$. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs and requests. Check in/out was easy and smooth. Clean facilities, comfy beds, and very good selection at breakfast. My kids love the kids TV lounge off the lobby and the pool is conveniently located off the lobby as well. Desert Palms is top of the list for us when visiting Disneyland!"

"The rooms are spacious and clean. A few signs of wear and tear which is normal but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. The front desk agents are friendly and the guest experience agents are kind and helpful. Having a store on property makes it convient to get drinks, coffee and food. I do wish there was a easier way to communicate before arriving on property for things like late check in services. Overall a fantastic experience."
