It was safe but that's about it!! And in a nice location. Toilet ran all night refrigerator didn't work. Carpet needs replacing garbage can from room in hallway my whole 4 day stay smelled very little hot water and hot tub didn't work.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Expedias pictures are extremely deceptive!! Carpet stains throughout the entire place, mold in our shower and ripped shower curtain, furniture was horrible, mattress was unbearable, none of the electrical outlets worked. Hot tub fenced off. THE SHUTTLE ONLY OPERATES CERTAIN HOURS AND WAS STANDING ROOM ONLY.

This property needs some work done, it’s quite worn down dirty and smells musty. Staff was excellent, especially the shuttle bus drivers. Breakfast was decent, could use some more options. Our key cards didn’t work at the end of the day every day, had to go to the front desk to get them fixed.

Terrible hotel, It's more like a motel. The carpet was grossly dirty, in the room and hallways. The wall paper was peeling off. Ice machines didn't work, you had to go to the first floor to get ice. Questionable people coming in and out. Not sure if people live there but it looked like it. Dog pooped all over the outside by the pool. very gross. The pool was dirty. The pool furniture was broken. The jacuzzi was "under construction". I put parenthesis because it was just blocked off, no actual construction. There was gravel on the floor that eventually made it inside the pool. The staff was rude. Only one young lady working the front desk in the evening shift was polite. The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was gross. Overall, would not recommend anyone stay here unless, specially with children.

While the overall condition of the hotel was excellent and generally suitable for a comfortable stay, my experience was effected by a few operational issue. The room provided at check-in was not the one I originally booked, and despite requesting a basic amenity such as microwave, it took two days for the staff to resolve the issue. It appears that the root cause may have been an overbooking or misalignment between Expedia and the hotel's intenal reservation system. However, the front desk team could certainly be more professional and customer-focused in handling such situations. The only person who consistently offered support and clear communication was the manager

The hotel itself was very sad. I'm sure that it was nice when it was first built. The decor is odd, not what I would expect for a Howard Johnson's. Entire building needs a fresh coat of paint and carpets steam cleaned. My room was ok, it appeared clean. Curtains were torn, bathroom had no exhaust fan. Guest "Laundry Room" was "out of service"...not surprised there. Housekeeping was very nice. They do their best with what they have to work with. Pool looked nice, the kids pool/shallow pool was fenced off for repairs(?) Garden area around pool was neglected, not at all inviting. It served its purpose, just needed a place to sleep while in town. Not likely to stay here again.

Building seems pretty run down. Lobby is nice and fancy. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Disneyland, but it is unclear where to expect the shuttle. The shuttle passed by without stopping at the hotel, leaving us to wonder if we waited at the wrong stop. One of the reasons why we picked this hotel was because of the shuttle service, but it seems like it was not worth the trouble. Besides the cost which is pretty affordable, there’s not much about the hotel, amenities, service, etc, that I find worthy of another stay.

I would recommend this hotel; it was good overall, even though the carpets were disgusting in the hallway and the walls were dirty in the rooms. A fresh coat of paint would really help with the new wallpaper. They do have a shuttle there, one of many hotels in the area that offer one. I researched a lot of hotels in the area, and if you're trying to look for something affordable, then this will be a good one cuz it does offer the shuttle, and the shuttle is free. And they do offer breakfast. I did enjoy the breakfast; I felt it was good and nourishing. The area was okay there is a bar right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your car drive a little bit further down and around the corner there's a Walmart it's in a good area a lot of stores and restaurants close by. and the staff was really good I think the staff were nice they answered all my questions so overall the hotel is great. And there is free parking

I paid for my room and the lady at the desk said that i didn't, i provided my bank account showing it was taken from my account and t the receipt, still not resolved had to find another place to stay, while i was trying to figure out the issue, a gentleman came in using a diffrent travel company, and she told him the same thing, not sure what's she is thinking but when prtoof is provided and she still wants to charge, that's wrong
