"Gary in bell services was very good as was his colleague who both really helped my family as we had left an iPad at our previous hotel, they both checked in with us everytime we saw them. They called the hotel and really went the extra mile to help us retrieve it. Reception staff not so good and were not bothered to help us at all, the room we had was next to the lifts and we heard it moving all night long. We didnt sleep that great, the reason for 4 not 5 stars."
