"Says that you need to check in by 11pm. We got there at 10:20pm and guy said he couldn't check us in because system was down. Insinuating that we have to find somewhere else to stay. He have to eta as to when it would come up. Um...where are we supposed to go. Can you just let us in a room and we can figure it out when it comes up? I have the reservation and have already prepaid. He then proceeds to reset system and called someone to get it back up and we were able to check in. Kind of...

"What a great location in Fullerton. Right off the 57 and on the Cal State university property. Plenty of parking. Clean large rooms. Bar and restaurant nice. Buffet just okay. The members area on 6th floor stocked well."
