"Was upstairs attic type bedroom But small and very clean. Excellent shower. Issue was when we went out the first night for a wedding and returned the dirt to the building was locked. Had received no indication how to open it. When I called they answered right away and was fine. Didn’t see anyone at reception the 3 days 2 nights i was there"

"The pool was nice. Our room had many issues. First, the air conditioner never worked, and we complained to the front staff, and they never fixed it. Second, there was a leak in our bathroom coming from the upstairs room. A super came and took a look at it and then never cleaned up in our room. Our electricity went out all of a sudden. "Great location - in walking distance to ferry. Nice, small private beach. Very small, minimalist rooms that are good for a short stay on the island. Updated furnishings but still an older motel - rooms have a smell; step back from the shower water when someone flushes the toilet or you get scolding hot water, etc."

"We enjoyed our stay. One odd thing was the porch light stayed on all night, so it was kind of strange that you couldn’t shut if off and it glared in the window. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. It’s a good place to take family as it has tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a golf course. Rooms are nice and newly renovated."
