Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí. La primera vez fue excelente en todo. Pero esta vez una de las camas su colcha estaba manchada de sangra y tenía cabello de persona. En el baño había una araña y en el suelo cabello humano. El safacon tenía basura y la alfombra sucia. Nos cambiaron de habitación rápido. Pero en la otra habitación al parecer el control del TV tenía las baterías agotadas porque no quiso prender.

I worked the overnight shift for nuclear so what did they do? They put a family with dogs next to me. There were no lamps, no coffeepot in my room and the heater/air-conditioner made a horrendous noise that one could never sleep thru. They told me someone was coming to fix it, but noone ever showed up and i was there for three weeks! Housekeeping...instead of just coming in and cleaning my room, they ask me what i wanted them to do. AND i only saw housekeeping once while i was there. I will never stay there again

Jus didnt have toilet paper and when asked to get some we were told no morenfor our room... But we didnt even have any to begin with..very odd.. Other than that it was pretty decent...kids loved the view

Room was clean, beds comfortable. TV had two remotes and took a while to figure out. One of the lights needed a new bulb. Bathroom fan and light were on same switch, which always gets under my skin.

No elevator for second floor rooms. When we complained, as two of our party can’t do stairs let alone with luggage, they put us in their accessible room on the first floor. Nothing accessible about it except first floor- not even grab bars to climb into the tub shower. Two outlets in the room were missing covers. Despite registering three people there were two sets of towels, one tiny soap and shampoo. No hairdryer. It was clean, but barely- streaks and missed corners. Not sure what happened in the lobby Saturday night but on Sunday morning the lobby bathroom floor was sticky with traces of blue… no housekeeping on the weekends per the sign. Both days our key didn’t work and they needed to re program the lock. Each time the front desk started by blaming us, showing us again how to use the key, then discovering it really didn’t work. They are clearly saving money everywhere they can- pillows are tiny, only one roll of toilet paper, no facial tissue, no hair dryer. Overall barely adequate, but not welcoming.

When we got to our room the door was not latched shut and the heat was on the hotest setting and on high it was super hot in the room. Found dirty socks on the floor under the bed that were there when we checked in. Not the cleanest place.

Upon arriving at this property we were less then enthused but we had no other choice as this is the only hotel in town and we need to be in walking distance of our destination. We were given our room cards and when we tried to use them at the outside door a homeless man smoking a joint told us oh no man you don’t need that to get in. The walls were dirty and paint was peeled. We arrived to our room where I checked the bed sheets and discovered there were burn holes and blood scattered everywhere on the comforter. I went to the office and asked if they had rooms that didn’t have blood stains and cigarette holes on the sheets. He replied “really? In that room” well yeah I hope there’s none in any rooms! He offered to give me a new room. This time the floors were separating and there was burn holes and stains on the sheets. People in the hallways look half alive and dirty clothed. I’m beginning to realize this is where dss houses the homeless! Unfortunately we have a 2 hour drive and had drank a few drinks before hand so have no option but to stay. We will lay on our clothes and hope to get through the night. Do not take your chance and stay at this place. Red roof in as a company should be ashamed of themselves!!

When I checked in NO toilet paper in the room, no kleenex, and no hair dryer. The girl got me toilet paper & a hair dryer; which did not work so she had to go find another. No kleenex, sorry!? I left soon after check in & was gone for awhile. When I returned to my room tired I noticed the filthy rugs on floor by both sides of the king size bed. I put a hand towel on the rug so I didn't have to step on it. I took pictures notice the toe nail on the rug (it is NOT mine!!!!) There was filth between the bed & night stand, nobody moves it to clean. Then notice the dirt under the chair while I was sitting on the bed. Then see the dirt on the floor by the plug in for the tv. They couldn't move the cords to clean?????? This place was disgusting & I would not recommend it to anyone Then breakfast - that was a joke. They had 2 types of granola bars & one pre-packaged donut. There was a couple yogurts there but no choices. When I checked out I told the girl that the room was dirty & they need to clean it; she just looked at me and said sorry.

Property is being renovated and they are working hard to give guests an enjoyable stay. We would stay here again if the need arises.

Do not book this hotel
The poor reviews are true. With the exception of the lady that checked us in, the staff was rude, disrespectful and condescending. The rooms are very aged and dirty. The towels are old, stained and smelled as they were poorly washed. We had a very poor stay. I'd rather drive an extra hour than considering staying here again
