"I'd like to know what privileged lives people are leading, when they say the area around the hotel isn't safe. Munich is a big, multicultural city and the people in the area reflect that, but we never once felt unsafe, even when arriving back to the train station at 10pm with my 5-year old in tow. The convenience to the train station cannot be overstated - it's SO easily accessible which made day trips to Salzburg and Neuschwanstein a breeze. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure is *strong*, and they held our bags at the end of our stay for free. Honestly, I have very few negative things to say about our stay. Yes, the indoor pool is cold - but I'm inclined to think that's on purpose, for you to enjoy after the sauna (which we didn't use). Yes, we paid a nominal fee to check in early at 10am. But there was air conditioning AND an electric tea kettle in our room, so you won't find me complaining. All in all, this was an excellent value for the location, quality, and amenities. "

"This is the second time we have stayed with this hotel. Even though our room faced the train station, it was very quiet. Directions—with your back to the tracks, go out side exit to the street and cross. Hotel is to your right. It is convenient to a laundromat. Turn left out of the hotel and left at the corner. It is maybe one block straight ahead. You can do your own laundry or leave your clothes in the morning and pickup later in the day. The Lufthansa airport bus is two minutes down the street (right out of the hotel. "

"Very quiet, at least in my room facing the back. Daily room cleaning, quick and friendly check-in & out. It was quite warm, though, but at least there was an oscillating fan in the room."

"This was our third time at this Hotel and again we were not disappointed. The location of the Hotel is perfect for getting around Munich. There is so much to see and do locally and you can travel quite easily to other cities. On this occasion, we travelled to Berchtesgaden and the Eagles Nest with Get Your Guide. This was a trip not to be missed. The best part of our stay in Munich is the Hotel. The Staff are professional and extremely helpful. The breakfasts are amazing and the Staff are very attentive nothing is too much of a bother for them. We have stayed in the same room, although on different floors, on each of our visits. The Housekeepers do a wonderful job. On this occasion we got to know Karlo Zupanic from the Concierge team, who provided us with expert knowledge on where to visit and every day made sure to ask if we needed any assistance, which we did. Also at Reception we would like to mention Francesca and Pia who were both so helpful in arranging our trip to Nuremberg. We also would like to mention Omabi who is always there to welcome you when coming and going from the Hotel. We hope to visit again in the very near future."
