A fantastic small hotel. Not centrally located, but with Munich’s excellent public transport, this was never a problem. Staff were unbelievably good. The area around the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is conveniently located, very close to Aidenbachstrasse U-Bahn. It is very nicely decorated, clean, staff is friendly. It is really very nice for a week's stay

Great room - spacious, clean with extremely comfortable beds. I particularly liked that the toilet had its own room! Staff were very friendly and they assisted my party on numerous occasions. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great choice of food and not at all hurried. Nice bar area with excellent staff. However it did not have a very wide range of spirits. I asked for 2 fairly common spirits and they had neither.

For the budget end of the Holiday Inn range this is an excellent hotel. Good location for the Hirschgarten park and Backstage concert venue. Easy to access via Sbahn, Ubahn and bus. What did confuse me at first was the 1st floor, which i was on is DOWN from reception. Will be looking at again in the future

Loved this hotel! Really friendly and helpful staff on Reception. Arrived late but wanted to take the train into the centre of Munich for a quick look around. Reception staff suggested parking on the roads outside the hotel as these were free. This was really helpful advice but we wanted to leave our ski stuff inside the car so decided to use the parking garage underneath the hotel instead. The train station is right next to the hotel. As a family of 5, I chose Harry's Home for the 2 bed apartment that was available and we were not disappointed. I had requested a high room with minimum rail/road noise and we were located in a front facing apartment on the top floor (534). It was newly decorated/furnished, immaculately clean, spacious ( 2 bathrooms!) and more than comfortable for our 3 night stay. This hotel is located in a quiet area south of the City It is ideally located for the Ubhan to the city. There is construction being undertaken nearby but this is only during the day. There is an underground car park. The online check in and check out were easy. My room was a single business room which was comfortable and clean with windows and air conditioning. Had a fantastic stay at the motel 1! Rooms were very clean and modern, we got a corner room which was half the size of other rooms but well worth it for the massive windows covering the entire length of the room giving fantastic light and views! The shower is amazing, I literally didn't want to get out of it! The bar is nice but we found ourselves waiting to be served for long periods even when it wasnt busy. It is a very well maintained hotel with a beautiful garden and balconies where you can enjoy your evenings. All amenities were there, including cooking utensils, kettle and coffee machine. It is 6 minute walk from the underground in the quiet neighbourhood and there are shops and cafes around, so location is great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Munich. One downside is that there were no air on, but there was a fan in the room...
