"The hotel offers good value for the price. However, the air conditioner was extremely loud, and even with earplugs it was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful, with plenty of gardens and pleasant walking areas. There are many shops nearby, and the beach is only about a 6-minute drive away."

"3 star rating: room was clean, property is clean, but not in the best area of town it seems. We were put in a room by the main exit so all traffic was heard and the rooms did not seem to be sound proof because we can hear the tv and music from across the hall. Ok for the price it charged. Also found charge for parking to be interesting. $10 plus tax."

"Missed the breakfast because it closed at 9 AM. The pool needs updating and should not have green tiles because it makes you think it has algae. The view from the balcony was beautiful and a nice commercial area to walk to restaurants and close to a water taxi stop. The bed was comfortable and only stayed 1 night so didn’t have cleaning staff. Check in was 4 PM and due to FIFA World Cup, hotel was totally sold out. Had to wait until 4 to get into our room. "I arrived at midnight and the hotel elevator was malfunction there was no room available even though I had made a reservation a reservation with months ahead. I had to looked for another hotel at 2:00 AM"

"The staff was amazing, but the property needs work. Broken flooring, water on the floor, termites crawling on the bed. Just gross. We were so glad to leave. The only thing going for it is the amazing customer service, and the condition of the hotel isn't their fault."

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "
