"First thing I think is very important to mention is that the hotel requires you to climb up a flight of stairs or you have the option of walking up the car ramp, either of the options I feel would not be suitable for anyone one with walking problems. "We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, modern, and offered stunning views (best in town). Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel also provides a convenient complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento center every hour, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! "
