"The receptionist (asia gal without glasses) wasn't too happy to help at all. Quite rude and no smile, not helpful at all. Waratah Suite is single level, huge dinning table and a well equipped kitchen. We had a pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay. Wish the receptionist is more professional to upkeep a high standard of this hotel."

"We had a great overnight stay. It was clean, tidy, and very comfortable throughout. The highlight for our family was definitely the heated indoor pool. Having pool towels provided made it super easy and convenient. We also really appreciated the water filters/fountains, which were a nice touch (and helps the environment) The location was great, and we found parking around the hotel to be easy and hassle-free. Overall, a very family-friendly option and we’d happily stay again."

"Rooms had strong-smelling deodoriser, not a bad smell, just over-powering. Obviously cleaned, and sprayed. Beds were clean, comfy and there was a variety of pillows to choose from."

The bathroom is fantastic and large. The pool looked very inviting but we did not have time to try it this time around. Cannot fault the hotel. Will absolutely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay. "The reason why they lost a star is because of 1 staff member. She told us our room was not ready and she will call us when it was ready. So we went for a walk. But the call never came. Our room was ready & we did not know till after we tried to check in again. Otherwise the restaurant (food & staff), the pool & other amenities were excellent. Everything i would expect from the Crowne."

"Its a bit on the old and simple side, but its a cheap motel and for what you pay it does the job. Was fine for a cheap stop along our travels."

"On street parking was plentiful and the check in process was smooth and very efficient. Our only concern was the size of the single beds in one room were tiny. I have never seen beds so skinny. These I assume were split from supposedly QS and a King bed, but that was highly improbable. Not enough of an issue to stop me staying there again. Overall a wonderful stay at this establishment."
