If i had paid what hotel was charging then yes i could see areas of complaint like window kept opening as lock not working, noodles in kettle so not been cleaned from previous customers. "We stayed in a sea view King room for a week in September 2026. The view was exceptional and room was relatively spacious, clean and comfy compared to other Istanbul's hotels. The bed was a real king size. The room service was pretty much all day available and we could refill anything we needed, the quality of Hygiene products were too low though. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful as well as one of the receptions named "Ihan" or "Irhan"?. Other receptions were not friendly at all! The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed having it in the patio. The hotel location was pretty good and close to bus stop, many restaurants and grocery stores etc. In overall it is worth the money!"

It’s the little things like booking a treatment at the spa was not easy, I had to ask to get the treatment charged to our room - they were trying to send me to reception to pay and then come back to the spa ?! You can’t use the pool before 12pm, because the spa doesn’t open till that time. No dressing gowns in the room. Overall a nice hotel, but missing the nuances you would expect in a true five star."
