"First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. "The location of property located up a steep winding road. There are no restaurants close by. Taxis to restaurants are 10 minutes away. The property itself had a partial view of the Bay; the room itself was fine-a good size queen bed; the shower and bathroom facilities modern, and there was a safe in room for security. There is a small pool and lawn chairs available on adjoining property that was nice. The unfortunate part of our experience was lack of information and support from our host...

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "
