"とにかく交通の便が非常に良い。地下鉄、国鉄にタクシー乗り場もすぐ目の前です。どこに行くにも非常に便利です。ホテル内に自動両替機がありますがレートが悪いのでそれでは両替しないほうがいいでしょう。釜山駅前の道路を横切り山側に入ったところに何軒かの両替所があります。レートは空港の銀行なんかよりもいいですね。空港では交通費などの最低限の両替をするだけの方がいいでしょうね。また地下鉄やバスなどのためのT-Moneyカードは東横インすぐ隣のホテル入り口のコンビニで買ったり、チャージ出来ます。地下鉄の駅にあるチャージ機には不具合が多く不便です。"

"Hotel is clean and room size is decent, but the interior in my opinion is old fashioned because I guess this hotel has been built for quite some time. However, the hotel major plus point is connected to shopping malls dan subway station which is very convenient."

"Bathroom was huge, which was nice. With the ammenities. The actual basin was tiny in comparison. But Hinoki spa, had obvious signs of black mould in the crevices. No towel hook, or bar to hang towel, which I thought was weird - if that’s the Hinoki experience. The extractor fan was loud in the toilet side. TV screen was mounted poorly (slanted).
