"Nice and clean room with good amenities. Upon arrival, I was told I was placed in their sister accommodation as I wasn't in communication with the host on the days prior. Our room was located directly above a busy roundabout on a dual carriageway. I believe this wouldn't usually be a problem, but due to the extreme heat and with no aircon or fan we had to sleep with the windows open, which meant we couldn't sleep at all because of the sound of the traffic. "This is my go to Hotel every time I’m in London - it’s so well equipped, so easy to access on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and really handy bing close to Westfield Stratford is really starting to buzz with a lot of cultural options that weren’t there a few years ago the hotel has fantastic amenities and a great restaurant bar. The Japanese restaurant in the building is stratford’s best kept secret. The staff are always so attentive and friendly."
