"Communications with Maria were excellent and she was very helpful. The kitchen in the apartment is generally well equipped for breakfast preparation with new appliances. The location of the accommodation is such that you really need a car unless you are fit and able bodied because walking to the centre of town involves quite a lot of steps."

"We couldn’t fault our stay with Virginia Hotel . Even though only 2 nights we were pleasantly surprised from start to finish . Housekeeping was daily , fresh towels amenities replenished n staff were super good & efficient. We checked in very late at night n were worried if there would be anyone there @ midnight . Sofia greeted us, checked us in ran thru procedures professionally n confidently . Breakfast was plentiful & good variety . We were attended by Anna , made us feel like family and helped with the surrounds of the town & pointed places for us to see . She had a great sense of humour, chatted to all guests & if they wanted anything else she was happy to arrange. Hats of to her The Virginia Hotel is lucky to have staff that are dedicated to their jobs especially Anna … wish I could stay I’ll be back , age prevails but I’ll definitely recommend this hotel in Samos . "Room was very tired particularly the bathroom,creaky stiff tap,non fitting toilet seat and clearly old rusted radiators - However the location was good and for 3 nights it suited our needs - a kettle in the room would have been fantastic as we like our morning and evening brew on the balcony- luckily a coffee shop was next door but a simple addition of a kettle would have been more convenient and make such a difference "
