I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for."

The breakfast had various options to choose from while the area was well maintained during breakfast hours. The only negative was a low pressure shower water flow in which the staff stated they would have maintenance address it."

"We stayed at Drury Inn for 1 night while in Columbus for a concert. It was perfect. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Kemba Live!. The free breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
