"Our room came with a full kitchen. Location was 15 mins of everywhere. Close access to food, OSU, Easton center etc. hotel had a laundry and a small gym and was pet friendly. It had an odor in the room (like a musty smell) The bed was uncomfortable and noisy."

"The night front desk clerk was not friendly. The hallways and elevator were very hot. The room was dusty. Most of the workers looked disheveled and avoided eye contact. The day front desk clerk was clean,, helpful and smiled. The breakfast was good."

"We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! There was a dishwasher as well! The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The pool doesn’t get sun until midday, so we didn’t end up being able to use it - we also didn’t see a hot tub at all though. I did use the gym, and...

"Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened."

"The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI."
