"We just needed a cheap place to stay overnight on a long road trip and this certainly fit the bill on that front. However, we got there late at night and found that the TV did not work at all and the wifi was unusable. We were too tired to complain about it at the time and left early in the morning."

"Room was fine but the AC was not working. It said it was lowering the temp but it never cooled down and we could not sleep. Test your AC unit early to make sure it’s actually cooling the room! Bar/restaurant was busy and only one person working. We ended up leaving because of wait on service.. not at all the fault of the bartender who was having to serve the whole restaurant alone!"

"Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great."

"I never stayed here!!! They gave away my reservation--- I had called and informed them I was arriving late, they provided transportation at 12:30 am, but when I arrived had no room, they secured a room at a nearby hotel, provided transport there and when I got there----they couldn't take me!!! I eventually arrived at a Hilton which took care of me and had a bed at 3 am! I understand things happen but this was a shitshow!!!!"
