"A dinamica da estadia é ótima. A única preocupação está relacionada à gestão de limpeza dos quartos. Dentro do período informado de limpeza, nosso quarto não foi limpo por 3 dias. O prazo para limpeza era de 9 as 16h, por 3 dias, após esse horário, o quarto ainda estava sem qualquer limpeza e a justificativa era ausencia de pessoas da equipe.
