"I was very underwhelmed by this property for a Hilton branded hotel. Staff was far from pleasant and not accommodating. Beds were uncomfortable. After being in a meeting all day on Monday. I came back to my room which I’ve been cleaned by my request, and there was water splattered all over the floor in the bathroom for when they cleaned the bathtub and shower and there was still water in the tub from when they cleaned it. On my next trip to Gainesville I will definitely look at other...

"Very, very outdated...I had a 3 day stay, I did not want room service being I was going to be in and out throughout the day. Even with a Do Not Disturb card hung on the door the room service folks entered and changed out the linens and towels. The ICE machine did not function, and the breakfast had one scrambled egg burnt in a warming pot and a single slice of bread. This was at 7am...lol....100% do NOT recommend!!"

"This property had lots of amenities, but we didn’t use any due to our reason for visiting the area. Things could have been cleaner, but it wasn’t too bad for the price. "

"Such a great find! Totally adorable cottages and amenities. Felt like something out of a movie. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was great and so unique. We had the hot tub to ourselves which was good because it’s definitely small but was great to have after a long drive. Pool looked like it could use some TLC but wasn’t bad. Don’t think the heater was on though either. Walkable to several spots. We tried V Pizza and the wings were incredible. Only downside would be that it’s surrounded...
