"The spa shown in the first photo does not even belong to this property. It’s a random spa in the area that you have to pay extra for. For half of our stay, there was no hot water. If a place lists “full-service spa” and “indoor pool” in its amenities, those facilities should actually be on-site and included. The fitness centre also requires additional payment — it’s just a gym somewhere nearby, not in the building. There was also a problem with the gas, which we had to fix ourselves because the owner didn’t know when someone would come to check the boiler or at what time. We were not going to spend our entire holiday waiting for hot water. Overall, this was very disappointing and misleading."

"Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes."

"great: coms with the manage was EXCELLENT. they helped me solve any issues that came up. very kind and helpful. Very good value for money. for me, it was excellent to have the gym 5min walk 60RON entrance, and it had everything i needed. a quick grocery shop is SUPER easy! this place is great for a low-key, chill experience, where you're in the burbs just chilling with other local families in the area. to consider: I didnt notice a clothes dryer, so for short stays, harder to dry the clothes. I knew there wasnt a pool etc on-site, but the listing is very unclear, it's says "guest access". "
