"Out of all the hotel staff I’ve met during my travels, he was by far the kindest. Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment.
From before the trip, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out, he went above and beyond to help us with every little detail. Thanks to him, our impression of Istanbul and Türkiye became incredibly positive.
