"We stayed one night here at the Story Hotel while on a layover in Istanbul. The staff were very friendly, spoke and understood English very well and were very helpful. The amenities were clean and organized. The room had everything you could want, kettle, fridge, tea, blow dryer, robes etc. Also included was the minibar and snacks if you wanted. Bottled water was complimentary. The staff were helpful with directions and suggestions for food or attractions. They helped me book my airport...

"Les gens à l'accueil sont très sympathiques.. notamment Nesrin. Par contre les chambres commencent à montrer de l'âge (couvre pieds usé, calfeutrage obsolètes, etc). Les douches sont très très sales et bouchées. J'ai eu deux chambres et ce n'est donc pas un cas isolé. Il y a beaucoup de moisissures aux joints. La TV à un seul canal, aucune chaise ni bureau pour travailler. Un mince comptoir avec un ottoman c'est tout. Sinon la localisation est parfaite, le prix est raisonnable."

"Einzigartiges Hotel mit Top Lage für Ausflüge, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und komfortabel, man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war hervorragend – mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Bosporus ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Galata’s Hotel. Our sixth-floor room had a comfortable bed, good storage, and an amazing water view. The rooftop restaurant offered superb city views and one of the best breakfast buffets we had in Turkey. The location was excellent — close to shops, restaurants, the Galata Bridge, and the T1 tram line. We also loved the hotel cat and had a wonderfully relaxing Turkish bath in the spa. Highly recommend!"
