Well decorated reminds us of the colonial era. beautiful fixtures with a touch of good taste. place to enjoy, gardens with variety of vegetation that mimics a countryside paradise, spots to sit down & enjoy food or a cap of coffee. most importantly the stuff , remarkably kind, friendly, supportive & professional, without them, this place would be an average place with only the attractiveness. At our arrival, late at night, SEBASTIAN was greeting us with a broad smile on his face with such kindness and enthusiasm giving us every small detail about our stay. Along with him was EDWIN. A young man with such presence and willingness to give us a hand with our luggage, very unique & hard to find young man. During our 1 week stay, we started to experience the rest of the staff. LUIS came around later on and was able to accommodate us when an inconvenience occurred, One person i need to mention here is LADY because of her charisma, her passion for service, always focused on our needs giving us the best she could, without her this place would be just a simple place to dine. DEYANIRA and NIEVES were on top of our room, leaving all the necessary for our hygienic needs. A special thanks to JULIO for clever advice, and generous kindness. If i had to stay here, I wouldn’t do it because of the of the premises, I would stay here again because of the staff who day x day give it all with great respect. "

"Hotel was great! Convenient location, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was nice with plenty of food, and reception is open 24/7 if you are coming back from a late concert (it's a 12 minute walk from the stadium). Special mention: Sebastain at reception was very accommodating and helpful. He was able to help with special requests and even tried to get us connected for some concert tickets. Overall, we couldnt be happier with our stay!"
