US State Department has advised against travel to PV, but this property insists everything is back to normal, as a way to keep every penny of your reservation fees. In light of the extraordinary events that led up to the situation they should have been concerned with the safety of their guests but didn’t care. Beware."

"The pool was good and rooms were ok but the bathroom was in need of a update. Beach was all rocky . The female security person was very hostile. Glad we only stayed 2nights there are better options. "

"Room was not clean. Sheets were stained. Toilet was not working properly. Waited for maintenance but never showed up. Paid extra for a safe that was not working. Gave 2 starts for location, location is great. One staff member was rude at the beach entrance, when we were coming back from the beach the staff run to us and held my partner’s arm to check for the hotels bracelet instead of asking politely for us to show it."

"Really enjoyed the breakfast..it was prepared well and was served fresh. The property’s location is perfect. Super close to Malecon, 15 mins walk to zona romantica. Lots of food and entertainment options around the property. Immersive to local culture. Only downside was the weird sewerage smell emancipating from the bathroom. It was quite unpleasant. Rest was all good. Can recommend. "
