"L'albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla e non trafficata. Personale H24 e disponibile. La mia camera molto bella: grande, con tanto spazio (anche con divano) e non la classica stanza di hotel piccola. Forse metterei una TV più grande ma non è fondamentale. Nella doccia aggiungerei un contenitore con il sapone attaccato alla parete. Il prezzo è decisamente più basso rispetto agli altri hotel di Budapest."

"Our room was next to a room that was flooded and the smell on the corridor was awful. I don't understand why they put us on that floor, near that room, when the hotel was not at all at full capacity. The breakfast was OK. I will not stay at this hotel again. Calling this a 5* hotel is ridiculous."

"Room was specious and clean, bed was comfortable and had a wonderfull sleep. Quiet and relaxing within walking distance to city links and a nice walk into the center if you dont mind it. Bar and reception staff where friendly and extreamly helpful. "

"Everything in all honesty was really good. Staff really helpful, the lady(red hair wish we'd asked her name)at breakfast made our kids packed lunch which was a life saver 3 hours later. So a huge thanks to her. The biggest let down was the later check in process. We did speak to the front desk in the morning and the explanation was details weren't readily available through Expedia when booking on Expedia. I can't see this being the case because correspondence before arrival via email, Expedia...

"Nice apartment, location is quite far from the centre but good public transport links, poor communication from host initially and no reception to speak to, small issues such as the only frying pan does not actually work with the hob and we didn't have enough toilet paper or any body lotion but unable to contact reception to request, also no code for the bin store, overall a lovely place to stay and would recommend, check in is done via an email and I did not have WiFi which made this difficult...
