"Staff is very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I checked in, they prepared a map of the area with recommended sites to visit and restaurants. There is free coffee and snacks in the reception area too. And fresh flowers in my room - I have never seen that in a hotel of this class. Breakfast is great, for €10. Nice spread with simple but healthy choices. Breakfast area is quiet and cozy. The only mishap that occurred during my 3-night stay was a leak in the bathroom on my last night. Water dripped from the ceiling in the middle of the night. I called the staff and they came and dealt with it as best they could. I didn't get the sense that this was something that happened regularly."

"Excellent location! Lots of history in this building. Comfortable beds. Great restaurant, breakfast and bar. Staff very attentive. Room is huge, would benefit from extra lighting in the closet area. Beautiful hotel."

"This hotel is more like a boutique hotel with the amenities of a major one. The person at the front desk was very welcoming and offered information on what to do and places to visit. We even got the room earlier than expected. Very detailed oriented and helpful. The hotel is in a great location near the cathedral, cafes and shopping area. The rooms are immaculate and in great condition. Definitely a place to be. "
