"Restaurant had fantastic food but not very good service, had to ask for water. Again, food is fantastic! Watched the staff have a great reunion with some friends for awhile after we finished. One guest next to us just got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill. However the food was awesome! We finally gave up and went to the counter too. First time in years that I didn’t add a tip on. But the food is incredible!"

"Our stay was ok, breakfast was pretty good. Our suite was comfortable and clean. Our big complaint was the hot tub, it was not hot the jets didn’t work and it was filthy dirty. I couldn’t even get in it fully. Very dissatisfying. And there was a kids lacrosse thing going on in Kelowna that weekend so the hotel was busy with lots of children. I wish the staff would of told me that when I called to ask questions "

"Full breakfast was wonderful. Coffee pretty good as well. There was no gluten free bread. Thankfully we brought our own. Also no lactose free yogurt. There were alternate milks but would have been great if lactose free yogurt was available in request. "

I got a voucher for one breakfast at Ricky’s next door I didn’t use it. Now the biggest reason I won’t stay here again is the noise! You can hear every word from the room next door. "It was good. Room was clean and quiet. Bit of a problem checking out. No one was around when I left early in the morning and there was nowhere to leave the key. I left a message that I would be back later to check out and was charged for not leaving the key. A bit of confusion there, but I have checked my visa statement and that charge has been returned."
