We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "

"We booked the room on Expedia, we had the option to pay at the property when we arrived. I received a phone call about 5 hours before check in stating we had to pay money over the phone or we would lose our reservation.
