Awesome stay!!
A great stay in an awesome Villa. Amjad and the rest of the staff were super helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanted a break in a really well managed lodging.

很舒服
兩棟別墅總共三間房，很有設計感，早餐豐富還能為我們煮當地咖哩，老闆是個珠寶商人，ayura同時也是當地知名珠寶品牌。有一樓公共空間和頂樓小天台，房間唯一不足的是沒有風筒，只能下午洗澡風乾頭髮。

오버부킹 후 대처 방안
빌라 아유라에 26일과 27일 양일간 예약을 하였으나 26일 오버부킹이 되었다며 다른 호텔의 룸을 제공하였습니다.
다른 호텔은 같은 수준이라고 보기엔 방의 사이즈나 상황이 열악하였으나 다른 대안도 없고 하여 일단 1박을 그곳에서 하고 다음날 27일 1박만을 빌라 아유라에서 했습니다.
빌라측은 룸을 업그레이드해주었다는 이유로 이에 대해 무마하려고 하였습니다. 저희도 즐거운 여행의 기분을 망치고 싶지 않아서 받아들이긴했으나 오버부킹에 대한 책임이 누구인지 같은 레벨의 숙소가 제공되지 않은 점에 대해 해명을 듣고 싶습니다.
참고로 말하자면 빌라 아유라는 아유라라는 보석 브랜드 사업을 함께 하는 관계로 로비를 지날 때마다 세일즈맨이 보석을 팔고자 하는 태도도 그리 유쾌하지는 않았습니다.
그리고 룸관리나 스탭 관리에 있어서도 사소한 부분에서 완벽하다고 하기는 어렵더군요. 이 부분은 여러 호텔을 이용한 경험치에 따라 개인차가 있을 테니 굳이 말할 필요는 없겠지만 오버 부킹에 대한 부분만은 설명해주셨으면 합니다

Excellent service, perfect location
We could not have been happier with Villa Ayura. Miriam and Silva were wonderful hosts, the room was spacious and comfortable and the location is fantastic - in the centre of the Fort.

Silva is the best
we loved our stay at Villa Ayura . The location was great ... nicely renovated villa ... room a little small and no wardrobe but the very attentive staff were amazing ... silva and another man ( didn't catch his name ! ) were so sweet ... even did our washing and ironed it would definitely recommend !
