"Staff unfriendly, creepy ,didn’t feel welcome at all. Construction going on in the room next to us woke us up in the morning at eight and continue to proceed with loud banging and sanding until I went to the front desk about the noise. I had to request a replacement room only to get a down grade suite. Refund should be in order"

"The hotel itself was great, however check in wasn’t such a pleasant experience. My wife, son and I arrived at the hotel in the evening. We entered the lobby where there were already several people waiting in line to check in. The front desk employee seemed dazed and confused. He claimed his computers were acting up. Several times while we were waiting he stumbled and seemed to be nodding off. It appeared he was on some sort of substance. We finally left and went for dinner. When we came back over an hour later no one was at the front desk. I heard shuffling around the corner and when I went to see what was going on I found the same employee in the hallway slumped over. I approached and asked if he was ok, he the. Jolted up and went back to the front desk. Overall it took well past 7:30 to finally get our keys. The rest of our stay was great, but it definitely wasn’t the way we had hoped to start."

"This isn't a hotel. It's rehab center or something. Its the most run down piece of junk I've ever seen. And you don't know it until you get your keys. I will say the girl that works there is the nicest person. So don't be made at her.Take this place off of your list Expedia."
