"The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing. Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift. Housekeeping was also below standard. "Zimmer und Personal waren super! Ich kann nur leider den Spa Bereich nicht wirklich empfehlen. Man kann nicht wirklich entspannen und zur Ruhe kommen. Gemütlich ist es auch nicht. Wir haben dann auch lieber auf dem Zimmer geduscht. Aber ansonsten wie gesagt, alles Bestens. Für Lärmempfindlich, am besten Oropax einpacken ;) Lage war auch super, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen."
