"Great hotel, centrally located. There’s a train station not too far away, local attractions are a short walk away. The staff are friendly and ready assist with anything. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Mustafa-the house keeper, he makes sure rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing, a great spread of breads, salads and cheese. Big shout to Asma who makes the best omelettes, always with a smile and she remembers you following day too:) We couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, they have a lovely restaurant on the roof top with great views of the city."

"We had to change room as the neighbours were fighting/arguing until 4am. Hotel staff didn't seem to do anything about it other than agree to a room move the next morning. Similarly the first room (101) didn't have a fully functioning light in the bathroom, the sink leaked, the wallpaper was filthy with not sure what.... And anytime you showered it flooded the bathroom. Room 404 was better but the rooms generally needs a deep clean, strippng down and repainting. "
