I would like to say Rita is a fabulous lady and host. Very warm welcome and had the best night sleep for a long time. Very close to station and pizzeria. Home made pasta was delicious. Highly recommended. Will be staying again. Thank you Rita.

Amazing hotel and staff. This was by far the most special hotel we stayed in during our week travelling around Tuscany. The hotel is situated just outside Lucca and is beautifully maintained with lovely rooms and a truly beautiful garden with swimming pool. But what really sets this hotel apart are the owners and the staff, who can't do enough to help and are incredibly personable. The breakfast was also lovely with a beautiful area to sit and enjoy in the garden. Would highly recommend and will...

This hotel is very well located with only a short walk to the city walls. The owner is welcoming and very helpful. A good map is provided to help with making the most of the city and the owner can give good tips about restaurants and things to see and do. We opted for a suite which gave us more space which we enjoyed. Our bed was lovely and large; but perhaps rather too firm for our liking with firm pillows. Overall though we were very comfortable and if we go to Lucca again we would stay here.

I stay in many hotels and the service from this was excellent. Girls on Reception and breakfast service could not have been more helpful. If you bring a car, bring a small one, and pay for under cover parking €15 per day. Worth it. Lucca is a lovely old. walled city, park up and follow advice of the staff as to what to do and what to see. Have an opera aria taster, organ recital, walking tour or just walk the walls and choose from any number of places for an aperitivo and then dinner.

Great location and well kept hotel

Stefano did very well to help me get over a short illness. I am extremely grateful for what he did, and I highly recommend his hotel.

Beautiful house in a wonderfully peaceful location just outside of Lucca, very friendly and helpful.

It is a lovely place. The owner goes a long way to make you feel at home: the extra touch of the free drinks in the kitchen was particularly appreciated. I would definitely go back.

Stayed in Apartment, not B&B. Great location, v close to main shopping street, but quiet. Facilities mainly good, but wooden floor very dusty and not all the lights worked. No WiFi in apartment, but available in B&B. Would I stay there again? YES!

Quiet, suburban area. Host was great, English not so good but neither was my Italian! Managed to communicate. Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine.

Easy and straight forward stay on theboutskirts of Lucca with a nice breakfast

Excellent hospitality, thank you.

A lovely stay in the heart of Lucca! We really enjoyed our stay at Lucca Charm. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Lucca and within easy walking distance of the main sights, restaurants, cafés and shops. It was particularly convenient being able to come and go easily during the day. The property has lots of character and charm, and our family room was cleaned every day and was comfortable, with a double bed and bunk beds for the children. The bed was very comfortable and the air...

it was a very nice experience in a beautiful premise and natural setting. only remark-they would charge 20 euro to light the salamander. in winter, it is quite a must. otherwise, there's air condition which maintained the room warm.

We found this B&B very clean and comfortable, run by a friendly helpful couple. This place is ideal if you want to stay near Lucca. There are a couple of pizzerie nearby, within walking distance. The nearest one is tucked away behind the pharmacy on the main road a couple of hundred metres from the B&B towards the coast. It is very popular with the locals and serves both pizze and other food. Go there early or book if you can. We unfortunately did neither and ended up at Calogero's across the...
