Lovely to have an outside area, great breakfast, incredibly helpful staff, also a lovely pool area (only point id make about that is the music was quite loud). Only ither comme t id make is it would be great if there was more food/drink available during the day when by the pool."

"We were not allowed to stay at the hotel on because of facility issues with heating systems either for not having enough staff or due to off season conditions and end of season. The beach, outdoor pool, soccer field looked great. They moved us to Joli Park Hotel in the city but that was just to sleep for the night and their pool was non functional either. "We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff. "
