"New management seems unsafe. They did not ask my name, charge for incidentals, look at my ID, or take my credit card before handing me a room key. When I got to the room, the lights didn’t work and the beds weren’t made. This was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a hotel and I ended up leaving to stay at another hotel in the area. Since I had already checked in, I wasn’t able to get a refund, either."

"The motel offered a fair price for the room so that was the main draw. They had a nice continental breakfast that was satisfying. I'm not a big breakfast person, so this was perfect as I could have bagels, raisin bread, fruit etc, instead of just my usual cereal. I recommend this place as I would stay there again if I ever came back to Gallup."

"The room was clean, the air conditioner worked, the shower was hot, and there was a working slide lock on the door. These are the only good things I can say about this place. It’s in a very sketchy neighborhood and my room was around back. There was a guy sleeping in a car outside my window all night. You could hear every single noise going on up above me, through the pipes, horns honking outside with people double checking their cars were locked and dogs barking continuously. The furniture was 1960s and very scarred up and dented and mismatched. The TV didn’t even work right."
