"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. "Clean room, and it was a great experience to stay in an old restored mansion. Although we stayed in a building made over 200 years ago, it was well equipped with modern facilities, such as AC and a clean bathroom. The host was very welcoming as they ate breakfast with us, provided us with snacks for a day trip, and they made us feel like home. They were also very willing to customize breakfast to our dietary restrictions."
