"The property contact in Hotels.com was not up to date when I booked. Once I was given the proper contact of Des with CasaBella Estates, everything was smooth and communication was great. Really convenient to be able to walk to Walmart for anything you may have forgotten. I was able to make all of our meals here just with the 2 burner range. Great proximity to the beach to walk and catch a beautiful sunrise. "

"The property and grounds were very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the location was fantastic. The condo was clean and well maintained. I do wish the sleeper sofa had been maybe a little bigger. There were plenty of kitchen dishes pots and pans and even a few supplies for cooking like cooking oil and seasonings. The coffee laundry detergent shampoo body wash toilet paper paper towels and dishwasher pods/trash bags were much appreciated. Our only issue was our after hours arrival which...

"I failed to find/open the email from the owners with the room number, unfortunately I didn’t realize that till I was there with my 3 kids AFTER the office closed. Called numbers listed and left a message, contacted Expedia and they were EXTREMELY helpful contacting someone who resent the details quickly.
