"Door didnt lock properly was open at check in. No hot water, tv remote didn't work had to manually change channel and turn off and on. Hallways dirty and stained. Did I complain to desk? NAH!!! "This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed in the U.S! It made me feel like I was in Mexico with the amazing pool area. The breakfast in bed was amazing and the room was nice and clean, not a single complaint! Will definitely be back!"
