"We loved the staff here! Jenny was amazing at reception and helped us find the local GAA games at the bars. Parking was great - it’s a garage right and under the property that’s included with your stay"

"We loved the blackout curtains. What did not make us comfortable was leaving the grandchildren by themselves to watch movies at the kids club,without parental or grandparents and I didn’t think it was fair. They wanted us to leave the three year-old by herself to watch a movie without her sisters who were designated to go to a different room or her granny that was scary for her and us. That whole situation needs a rethink."

"There was no fitted sheet on the bed, flat sheet was used to cover the mattress but meant sleeping in the hot weather was very uncomfortable Blinds in the primary bedroom were low quality and let in way too much light City noise was very loud and disruptive"

"This place was in a good location. All the room items were up to date and looked great. The only challenge was the tv satellite antenna did not work (we were trying to watch the World Cup games) and the image came in distorted and mostly it said the connection wasn’t good. The floor heater was also locked and so we couldn’t turn on the heater. Check in was a little difficult and the machine wouldn’t let us check in. Luckily a manger happened to be in the building and helped us get the machine...

"Breakfast was excellent! Bar area had great food and drinks while we watched the World Cup games. Lovely staff and quiet rooms… great base to tour from"
