"The staff was very helpful an I had a quick check in. The room was clean. I like a hot breakfast and it was delicious, I really appreciate that the scrambled eggs where nor just plain but that they had chives. It was easy to find parking close to the door. What I did not like is the design of the shower door. It is not a door that closes fully and it ended up creating a lot of water outside of the shower. Other than that, our stay was great and I will go back again!"

"We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price."

"The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them."

"Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available."

"The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received."

"I decided to take my wife to the Belmont Stakes horse race for her birthday and for our anniversary. We could only get one night, as Saratoga was very busy that weekend. The BMI was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax on property. Martha (our host) was exactly what you would expect from this type of accommodation. Pleasant, Professional, Friendly & welcoming. "The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. "

"This was a basic facility no dining room. The staff did change my booking from a two queen beds to a king size because I was the only occupant. "
